They say meeting your doppelgänger means certain death. When I was a tot, I saw another one just like me:
1. Not quite old.
2. Not quite young.
3. Not quite anything yet.
I was a flyleaf and she was suspended animation. We passed around a ball for thirty seconds, and really that was all it took.
It is interesting, they told me after the fact, what tot means in German.
