“Foggy Night in Paris” by Brassai (1934)
The vampire in your mirror bled through today, and took you away.
I’m just a guy with a poetic reply…
I tried to do a haiku designed for you, but it wouldn’t do.

You are much better at this than me.
That’s awesome, Ron!
Thanks. Have a great day, Millie. BTW we spoke of art a while back. I’m beginning a ten week oil painting course with a Colorado artist. I’m hoping to improve my meager efforts.
Do showcase some of your work when you feel they’re ready!
Thanks, I will. Take care.

Thank you!
fantastic :)
As are you.
Where do you find these photographs? Oh and I love the poem–short, sweet, brilliant as you are.
You’re brilliant as well. The photographs are from a collective called Magnum. Really loving these guys!
Now, if I had written that poem it would have reflected (ha!) my depressive condition. But I didn’t write it. You did.

Thank you for reading and bringing the vampire out of its mirror.
That photo conjures a lot and goes well with your poem.
The breath on your mirror reflects back. Life on the surface Communicates with light & shadow..
